This website provides information about Veneto Sea View Apartments in Stalis, Crete. We take care to keep it accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that every detail is always complete or current. Your booking confirmation and the information you receive directly from us take precedence.

Bookings

Bookings can be made through our official channels only: our direct booking engine, Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia, or directly by phone or e-mail.

Rates, availability and cancellation conditions are those shown by the booking channel you use. The rental contract is formed between you and the accommodation under the terms of that channel.

An enquiry through the contact form on this website is not a confirmed booking until we confirm it to you.

Your stay

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 11:00. Your booking confirmation states the exact times that apply to your stay.

All guests are kindly asked to respect the quiet hours that apply under Greek law and are displayed at reception, and to treat the apartment and its contents with care.

Pets, additional guests and events are only allowed with our prior written agreement.

Cancellation and payment

Cancellation, modification and payment conditions follow the rate and the booking channel you chose. Direct bookings follow the cancellation policy stated on your confirmation.

Liability and external links

We are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of this website. Content of external websites that we link to (booking platforms, maps, social media) is the responsibility of those providers; we do not endorse it and have no control over it.

Intellectual property

Texts, photographs and design of this website belong to Veneto Sea View Apartments and may not be copied or reused commercially without written permission.

Governing law

Greek law applies. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Heraklion, Crete — without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections that apply to residents of the European Union.
